Combine the Welcome page to the Qt Account login page

      The user wants to have as few pages in the flow as possible. 

      Is there a need for the welcome page? It currently does some pre-condition checks, but those be shown in the Qt Account login page? Could the Qt Account login page we the first one shown? It could have a title "Welcome to the Qt Online Installer" as "Qt Account - your login to everything Qt" has no useful information to the user.
