precond_qtaccount_page_skip_yes/_no not working

    Description

      --RTA-test precond_qtaccount_page_skip_yes and precond_qtaccount_page_skip_no should enable/disable the Skip/Next button, but now the button is disabled on both conditions.

      IFW3.2.3 and 3.2.2 works as expected.
