IFW Version: 3.2.3, built with Qt 5.12.7.
Build date: May 22 2020
Installer Framework SHA1: 9517b49
Description
After reading about the latest installer. It pointed me to:
t is also possible replace the Qt Account login credentials by saving the JWT token to an environment variable QT_INSTALLER_JWT_TOKEN. There is no need to pass the credentials using the command line switches anymore. If qtaccount.ini is found from cache that will be used making it unnecessary to enter the credentials every time the installer is launched.

After reading this, my guess is that QT_INSTALLER_JWT_TOKEN was not set.
Went to "env" and did not find it there. Maybe if that was set the bug reporting might
work? Just a guess.
The Jason Web Token is nice but did not find a way to determine the value.
Would be nice if there was some documentation (did google search) . Saw an
example of the JSON file but don't know what values to put in it. Need more documentation.
Would be better if your installer created it and set the environment value when it
starts to run. (or in the .profile dataset. I saw other Qt variables in the ENV list
