Repogen: New unified-metadata does not work with 'update' option

      Happens with following scenario, the new updated repo needs to be created to same folder:

      repogen.exe -p packages repo
repogen.exe --update -p packages_update repo

       The problem is that the old unified metadata is not deleted, and the Updates.xml points to the old unified metadata.

      Problems also with  --repository -option
