Customers should be able to create offline installers from online installers

      It should be possible to create offline installers which contain the pre-defined packages.

      Optimal solution would be to make it possible to select needed packages from Online installer UI and select to generate offline installer based on the selections.

       

      Proposal:

      • To simplify this lets make this CLI only in the 1st phase
      • Installer can download package in raw format then package them into the data section of the binary
