Update over existing installation

It is not possible to run an installer and target an existing installation, even if you want to update that installation. It would be nice if it would allow this and execute the MaintenanceTool functionality.

This becomes more of an issue in situations where you are using offline installers in an air-gapped lab environment. In this case, the current process involves running the MaintenanceTool to remove the old application, and then running the offline installer to install the update.
