Make License Overview box in License Agreement page resizable

The License Overview page contains two boxes: One which a list of all agreements to accept, and one where the respective text of the agreement is shown.

The first one seems to have a hard-coded height, that cannot be changed if the list is becoming too long, which forces you to scroll.

Ideally this should be resizable, or it should be ensured that the box has a height so that no scrolling is necessary.
