New background style in 4.0.1 version is not scaleable/tilable

      I have 4k monitor and typically installer starts just too small, so as the first step I maximize
      the window. The new style unfortunately uses image on the background which is not tilable and at full size it repeats awkwardly

      Please see the screenshot where it starts to repeat at bottom and right edge
