after 31% of the download completed. something went wrong and only forced to close

    Description

      I had over 31% of the software downloaded when something went wrong (probably something in the network). I was only given the option to force close the installer.
      So now I am restarting. i wonder if I will get to the same point and be forced to close
      again.

      Making the install restartable would save me at least another hour of down load.
      please, please, please make the download restartable. I don't need to down load all of that data from the beginning each time the download fails.
