Change the ascent colour to less bright

      The ascent color in the new installer is too bight - neon-like. Many users have reported it hurts the eyes. We should change it to the Qt brand green. 

      This requires new images for several controls: buttons, check buttons, radio buttons. The images should take into account the different size requirements for localised text.
