Move backend messages immediately after the related UI control

The backend messages should e immediately after the control to which the messages are related. In the welcome page, the backend messages should be immediately after the password input field before Forgot password. This should be done dynamically so that the vertical space needed for the backend message is changed, base on the length of the message.
