    Description

When trying to install 5.15 and 6.1.0 at the same time, the whole installation goes wrong.

      First pass:

      • download online installer
      • sign in (commercial license)
      • Install to C:\Qt
      • select custom installation
      • select latest releases & Preview and click filter
      • select Qt Creator 4.14-rc1
      • accept terms and license
      • Start menu shortcut: Qt
      • Installation starts and starts to download assets
      • installation stops around 38%
      • installer complains about vcredist_x86.exe cannot be run by user.
      • try to run the tool from command line (as per popup): fails as needs elevation
      • run the tool with administrative cmd prompt
      • retry installer on dialog
      • same issue after couple minutes
      • abort
      • C:\Qt directory has only one folder being 'vcredist' and nothing else

      Second pass:

      • Delete C:\Qt directory
      • run installer
      • set parameters as above
      • Installation starts and starts to download assets
      • installer does not complain anything but stops at 38%
      • one can see from the installer progress (left side of installer window) that it is 'Finished'.
