Can't run Installer framework

      I installed the Installer Framework 4.1.0 with Qt Maintaince Tool. When I run any file (binarycreator.exe, archivegen.exe, etc.) I have the following error (see attached picture):
      "Framework the procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll"

      I didn't have any problems with version 4.0.0
