Add option to not save Qt Account settings in online installer

    Description

      The Qt online installer always installs Qt account settings, so that when you run again, you do not need to type/provide it.

      However, this is not ideal in some situations, such as a CI environment (even though the password is not stored in plain text).

      The option could look like

      --no-save-account

      or shortened as

      --na
