      Documentation says that the "ReleaseDate" element in component.xml is optional. However, when trying to run binarycreator on a package that doesn't feature is you get

      caught exception: Release date for D:/dev/installer-framework/examples/startmenu/packages/org.qtproject.ifw.example/meta/package.xml is invalid! <ReleaseDate</ReleaseDate>. Supported format: YYYY-MM-DD
