Missing MSVCP140.dll when start an installer of a program

    Description

      When starting the installer of a program created with QTIFW 4.1+ on a clean Windows installation, I get the missing MSVCP140.dll error.

      The same installer created with QTIFW 4.0 works fine.

      I have the same issue when I try to run the qt online installer (QTBUG-89783).
