Scrollbars are painted on the top of the list items

In the component tree, if both horizontal and vertical scrollbars are visible, they are painted on the top of the list item. 

If the horizontal scrollbar is not visible, the vertical scrollbar is painted properly on the right of the view. When both scrollbars are visible, both of them are painted on the top of the tree view items. 

Happens at least in macOS.
