Install Later feature, to download the component, which later can be installed

is it possible that we have a feature, where installer can download the components first, and later on can be installed later

so in the UI, user may choose
1. Download and install (like normally QTIF had)
2. Download and install later.

upon selecting option 2 (install later), it will generate a binary or anything which can be used later or can be copied to any pc
