Hash verification constantly fails for Debugger Tools on Windows

      Using the latest Maintenance Tool for the official Qt install, it constantly fails on this same Debugger and tools package.

      It is not clear for me whether it's on QtIF side, or a configuration issue (bad hash in file used to check).

      This is important because it prevents from installing the Qt framework successfully.
