commandline terminal popping up for a moment

    Description

      When starting the installer by double clicking for a short moment a commandline is popping up (new msdos window aka cmd) - so far, I failed to see what is printed inside to give more information, but I remember this not happening before. (I think this started with 4.0 based installers?)

      Is there some explanation for this - and could this by chance suppressed?

       

      (reproducible here for the offline installers for QC and for the online installer as well)
