When run MaintenanceTool.exe to update, it creates Qt Creator shortcut in current working directory.
For instance, if I execute C:/Qt/MaintenanceTool.exe in C:\data with terminal,

PS C:\data> C:\Qt\MaintenanceTool.exe

then, updated Qt Creator shortcut is created in C:\data\Qt folder.
It should be located in start menu entry.

Other shortcuts(designer, linguist, etc) are located in start menu entry properly.
