Add support for silent runs for the querying commands

The 'search', 'list' and 'check-updates' commands print the query results as XML-formatted output, but this is preceded by a lot of other logging information.

Proposing the addition of an option like '--silent' that modifies the logging rules to show only the machine parseable part, hiding all other output.
