    Description

      There is change proposal about adding support for file seek operations with libarchive in IFW. This has been a blocker for fully migrating to libarchive, as the 7z format does not work accurately with a streaming model.

      Supporting seek operations would make it possible to move 7zip format to be handled with libarchive, and deprecating the currently used old version of LZMA SDK which has some limitations on 32bit Windows binaries.
