Maintenance Tool shortcut is deleted once installation finishes

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • make installer from attached file: binarycreator -c config\config.xml -p packages
      • run installer and click next until the installation page with the progress bar has finished
      • open start menu, there should be the new entry
      • click the final next button to move to the last page of the installer
      • open start menu again and wait for some time, the Maintenance Tool icon disappears
