Qt Installer is terribly slow after Qt Interface Framework installation

Once the installer has downloaded the packages and is extracting those after Qt Interface Framework everything gets incredibly slow to extract and even the small .7z files takes multiple minutes to extract. Altogether the remaining installation time after Qt Interface Framework takes hours to complete and it's seemingly stuck for long periods.

There are files under 6.3.0/macos/libexec/ifcodegen/qtif_qface_virtualenv/ left open for the remaining time of the installation after Qt Interface Framework installation.
