Maintenance tool freezes after uninstallations are complete

Steps to reproduce:

• Install some components with installer or maintenance tool
• Select 'Uninstall all components' and run
• The maintenance tool will hang after displaying that the uninstallation was completed successfully

The time the UI stays in a non-responding state seems to be affected by the amount of installed components. For example, when a whole Qt version sub-node (i.e. Qt/6.3.0) is installed, it will look like the application just locked completely.
