Installer crash on Windows 10

Hi,

I try to install QT Framework via the online installer downloaded from https://www.qt.io/download.

When I start the second to last step of the installation, which is the Installing(I attached a screenshot with highlighted step), the application immediately exits.

The behavior is exactly the same as in another bug that has been already reported - QTIFW-2503

I attached debug logs that I collected running the following command: <installer.exe> -d -d > log.txt as it was described in the QTIFW-2503

The Event Viewer tool gives following informations about this error:
