Accessibility issue in Unified Installer on Windows

      User reported following:

      I am trying to report a blocking issue with the tree view component selector
      in the installer. I am a blind developer and can't get Qt installed for
      some open source projects for Windows.

      The Tree control is completely inaccessible barring I know it exists and can
      OCR(optical character recognition) the view port portion visible with NVDA(NonVisual Desktop Access).
