Qt installer has "next" button enabled when preparing meta information download and fetching categories

      On ubuntu 22.04 installer has following problem:

       

      When "next" is clicked, installer stops download and lets user to choose categories instantly. Reportedly same behaviour repeats when fetching categories also.
