Errors on uninstallation while performing undo steps for sdktool calls

Steps to reproduce:

• Perform installation with the default selected components
• Start Maintenance Tool and check "Uninstall only", proceed with the uninstallation
• There are one or more error dialogs about the undo step for Execute operation failing, and the count can seemingly be different on each run when trying the uninstallation several times.
