Settings file is hard coded to maintenancetool.dat. The value should be saved unresolved in case the file is relocated so we can easily change the settings file path by chaning the variable value.
Also as the file path is hard coded, settings should use the _OLD syntax as backup so we have means to change the hard coded value if needed.
