undo of a shortcut operation should not show an error if it can't remove a created directory

This error comes if component A creates a shortcut in a subdirectory which is shared by component B. If the user uninstall component A it will show an error because the subdirectory is not empty.
Another problem if then component B will also removed it will keep the subdirectory this should be handled in the short cut operation as well.
