    Description

      When trying to install latest LGPL Qt Binary package:
      http://qt-rnd.it.local/packages/sdk_qt5_offline_opensource/5.1.0-offline/qt-windows-opensource-5.1.0-rc1-msvc2010-x86-offline-2013-06-16-59.exe
      installation goes to last step, but then it aborts while being unable to write MaintenanaceTool.ini file.
