Description
To optimize the Qt Online installer even further one way is to mark those repositories which can be post-evaluated. I.e. not during the initial repository download phase but during the phase when the repository is actually installed.
Integration is needed into:
- Packaging: ACLs to mark the needed repositories
- Qt installer back-end: to support the new attributes in ACLs
- Qt Online Installer: to utilize the information per repository
