Archives checksum check is not repository specific

    Description

      Each repository contains Checksum element (true/false). It defines if the downloaded archives integrity should be checked or not. Currently the behavior is so that if there are several repositories available, arbitrary Checksum element of one of the repositories defines the checksum check of all components.
