Cannot create shortcuts on network shares

    Description

      In case the shortcut path points to a network share, the installation fails with:

      Cannot create link "...": The operation completed successfully

      To reproduce:

      • open installerscript.qs
      • change the path to some network share that exists
      • create the installer, run it and try to install

      How this was found is that in Windows it is possible to change the location where user profiles are put and it could be pointed to a network share which can be a thing in larger companies for example.
