Start Menu Shortcut does not work on Windows 11

      The example described in the following link:
      https://doc.qt.io/qtinstallerframework/qtinstallerframework-startmenu-example.html

      should add README.txt to a start menu folder - either to the existing one or to a new one that QTIFW create for you. But it cannot create new folder since Windows 11 (adding to existing folder still works). Or maybe the new folder is created, but at some other unknown location?
