    Description

      Environment:

      Windows 11 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 as KVM quest OS

      Steps to reproduce:

      • generate offline installer with any components:
        • qtinstaller.exe create-offline qt.tools.qtcreator_gui --root C:\MyInstallDir --offline-installer-name MyInstaller
      • run generated installer

      From PowerShell output:

      Program 'MyInstaller.exe' failed to run: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.At line:1 char:1
