during uninstallation, if file in used, file is not removed, and will create issue if user re-install to same target directory

after installation, for example user open PDF file using acrobat PDF.

the PDF file will be locked / in use, during uninstallation this will create an issue.

the file will not removed during uninstallation, and also, if user re-install to the same target directory, during extracting the archive, it will causing issue "Can't unlink already existing object, permission denied"

Supposedly during uninstallation, if any file is open / in use, need to let user to close it first to continue the uninstallation
