    Description

      The following issue was reported by a customer:

      We are unable to uninstall an offline installation on a windows client using CLI.
      command:  .\Maintenancetool.exe purge 

      Note: The uninstallation is possible if we use the Maintenancetool.exe via GUI

      Attached image is part of the output from the failed uninstallation.
