    Description

      We have encountered many bugs that are caused by cache invalidation. Not all reasons why this happens is known, tha is why I suggest that we temporarily add cache validation to next release to overcome the issue, so that users don't need to clear the cache themselves and also maybe to provide us information why the cache invalidation happens in the first place.
      This will probably cause performance issues but IMO it is better than to let the users hit various of installation problems as all are not aware how to overcome these issues.
