32bit Qt installer updates to 64bit installer

There are still 32bit systems and old 32bit versions of Qt available and used for development. Now maintenance tol updates itself to a 64bit build on those 32bit systems which then makes maintenance tool impossible to use anymore.

This could of course be worked around with offline installers, but it gets messy if multiple versions are needed and if some Qt modules need to be added at a later point.
