MaintenanceTool on macOS Ventura 13.4 deletes its own executable upon launch

    Description

      I did an update of maintenance tool from within the maintenance tool. After it completed, I clicked Restart and the tool didn't relaunch. The MaintenanceTool.app file ended up only 8KB, missing the binary file from inside of the package.

      I did a fresh install from the Qt website into a different folder, ran the tool it is also deleted its own executable.

      I tried running from terminal with --verbose and got `zsh: killed     ./MaintenanceTool --verbose` (also deleting its own executable).

      I cannot find a way to run the tool.
