    Description

      When running installer with command

      qt-unified-windows-x64-4.6.1-online.exe, --script, C:\Users\iikonola\RTA\install.qs, --staging-commercial, --json-raw, --at, http://pkg-online-storage.ci.qt.io/enterprise/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/tools_maintenance_preview/, --logging-rules, ifw.installer.installlog=true, --verbose

      Generated InstallationLog.txt has following encoding, output from git bash on windows:

      INTRA+iikonola@DESKTOP-OOACHRM MINGW64 ~/RTA/QtIFW_4.6.1
$ file *
InstallationLog.txt: ISO-8859 text, with very long lines (318), with CRLF line terminators

      Per RTA testing InstallationLog has UTF-8 encoding on linux and macos.
