Maintenance tool proxy setting does not persist

The manual proxy configuration and no proxy settings of the maintenance tool are not saved and revert to system proxy settings when the tool is restarted.

Steps

• Start the maintenance tool
• Change the proxy setting to manual proxy or no proxy
• Select update components
• Continue to end of installation and close the maintenance tool
• Restart it and check the proxy setting

Result - the setting has reverted to system proxy
