[Reg 4.6.0 -> 4.6.1] Offline Installer performs an Online Installation if a Repository is configured and reachable

implemented support for setting temporary repositories for offline-only installers:

As a result, QtIFW 4.6.1 generated offline Installer performs an Online Installation if a Repository is configured and reachable. Which is a behavior change in a patch release.

In a use case where offline installer package is provided with a link to an online repository to support an update after installation, this now causes the offline installer to install the version of the online repository and NOT the packaged version in the offline installer.

Which contradicts the usefulness of the offline installer.

The 4.6.0 behavior should be still available by default and restored and the new feature something additional, checkable or configurable.
