On resizing wizard window makes button and logo chops/disappear

    Description

      When installer framework is resized rapidly, Buttons and baner logo either chops off or disappears.

      Same behavior can be reproduced with Qt online installer or maintenance tool. 

      Attached is the screen recording which shows this.
