    Description

      Installer and Maintenance tool needs to be able to present EDU EULA to users who have DCP EDU or DSE EDU license. Also, maintenance tool needs to know if there are changes to EULA and should present the EULAA again, if it is changed since last update.

      This depends on QTPMO-1819 where the new EDU EULA is created. This replaces old rule to show Qt LA 4.4 + Appendix 1 + Appendix 5 to EDU users.

      Ned EDU launch is planned to QtWS23 (end of November 2023).
