Uninstall components in reverse dependency order

There are two components: QtCreator and Qt.
Qt has QtCreator as dependency.
If both components are updated at the same time QtCreator is removed before Qt. This leads to errors because some uninstall steps of the Qt component require the sdktool to be present.
The uninstallation order should be the reverse installation order.
