Qt Maintenance Tool displays network error when update components choice is selected

When I select "Update components" choice on Qt Maintenance Tool, it displays the error message below:
Network ernar while downloading 'https://ftp.icm.edu.pl/packages/qt/online/qtsdkrepository/mac_x64/desktop/qt6_653_wasm_multithread/2023-09-26-0547_meta.7z': Connection closed.

However, I can download the file mentioned in the error message using a web browser. When I retry to update components, the file that is mentioned in the error message is changed (as seems on the screenshots attached), but the network error message is always displayed.
